Job Summary

Thermofriz Products Company is looking for an experienced Telesales Executive with 2–3 years of experience in telesales or sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, promoting company products, converting prospects into customers, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate sales.

• Identify new business opportunities and generate quality leads.

• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers to customers.

• Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, pending orders, and purchase decisions.

• Handle customer queries and resolve basic sales-related concerns.

• Maintain customer databases, call records, and daily sales reports.

• Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

• Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and customer requirements.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested and potential customers.

Requirements

• Graduation in any discipline.

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in telesales or sales.

• Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into sales.

• Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi and basic English.

• Good negotiation, customer handling, and follow-up skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

• Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented approach.

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday

• 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience.
