Job Role:
• Handle customer queries related to banking services
• Assist customers with account details, transactions, debit/credit cards, and online banking
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently
• Escalate complex cases to the concerned team
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the system
• Follow banking policies, compliance, and security guidelines
Requirements:
• Good communication skills (English required) + Regional Language
• Basic computer knowledge
• Graduate / Undergraduate can apply
• Freshers & experienced candidates are welcome
