About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, driven, and goal-oriented Franchise Sales Executive to join our team in South West Delhi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in franchise sales, with strong negotiation skills and a passion for building long-lasting client relationships. This role focuses on identifying new franchise opportunities, converting leads into partners, and achieving defined sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

✔️ Identify and pursue new franchise sales opportunities in targeted markets

✔️ Present franchise offerings effectively to potential clients

✔️ Understand client requirements and propose suitable franchise models

✔️ Negotiate terms, close deals, and onboard new franchise partners

✔️ Maintain and update franchise sales records and pipelines

✔️ Collaborate with clients to ensure a smooth onboarding and long-term success

✔️ Support overall business growth through strategic franchise expansion

Candidate Requirements

▪️ 2–3 years of experience in franchise sales or business development

▪️ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding franchise sales targets

▪️ Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

▪️ Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships

▪️ Solid understanding of the franchise sales process and deal closure

▪️ Bachelor's degree in any discipline

▪️ Problem-solving mindset with a proactive, goal-driven attitude
