Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Telecallers to generate quality leads and

schedule appointments for our Banking and Real Estate divisions. The candidate will interact

with prospective customers, understand their requirements, explain products and services,

and coordinate with the sales team for successful conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Banking Division

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-generated leads.

• Promote banking products such as:

o Home Loans

o Personal Loans

o Loan Against Property (LAP)

o Business Loans

o Credit Cards

o Insurance Products

• Understand customer financial requirements.

• Explain eligibility, interest rates, documentation, and loan processes.

• Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for Relationship Managers.

• Follow up with customers until loan disbursement.

• Maintain CRM and customer records accurately.

Real Estate Division

• Contact prospective buyers interested in residential and commercial projects.

• Explain project features, pricing, amenities, payment plans, and offers.

• Qualify leads based on budget, preferred location, and purchase timeline.

• Schedule site visits with the sales team.

• Conduct regular follow-ups to improve conversions.

• Coordinate with channel partners, builders, and sales executives.

• Update CRM with customer interactions and feedback.

General Responsibilities

• Meet daily call, lead generation, and appointment targets.

• Maintain excellent customer relationships.

• Handle customer objections professionally.

• Ensure timely follow-up on all assigned leads.

• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.

• Prepare daily and weekly performance reports.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and service

delivery.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi.

Salary
