Job Title: Telecaller – Car Loan & Insurance (DSA)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller to generate leads and assist customers for Car Loans, Balance Transfer, Top-Up Loans, Motor Insurance, and Insurance Renewals. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining our financial products, collecting documents, following up on leads, and coordinating with banks, NBFCs, and insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

• Generate leads for car loans and insurance products.

• Explain loan and insurance offerings to customers.

• Follow up with existing and potential clients.

• Maintain customer database and call records.

• Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth processing.

• Achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.

• Experience in telecalling, banking, finance, insurance, or DSA industry preferred.

• Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi, Bengali, and/or English.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.

• Customer-focused attitude and ability to achieve targets.

Experience: 1–6 Years

Location: Kolkata, West Bengal

Salary: As per industry standards + Incentives
