Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in Outbound Sales / Tele Sales / Inside Sales
- Strong sales convincing and pitching skills over calls
- Experience in end-to-end sales and closing
- Comfortable with target-based calling
- Good communication and confidence while speaking with customers
- B2B/B2C sales experience preferred
- CRM & MS Office knowledge preferred
- Software Sales experience will be an added advantage
- Real Estate Sales candidates are not eligible
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and generate business
- Understand customer requirements and pitch the product/service
- Handle objections and convert prospects into customers
- Manage the complete sales cycle from calling to closure
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
- Maintain customer/lead details in CRM
- Follow up with prospects and build customer relationships
- Handle inbound enquiries when required
