About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell TATA AIG’s insurance products.
Lead Nurturing:
Understand customer needs and offer insurance solutions that best suit their requirements.
Sales Conversions:
Close sales by building rapport, handling objections, and guiding customers through the insurance buying process.
Daily Target Achievement:
Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly sales and call targets.
Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain long-term customer relationships and support them with renewals or policy queries.
Data & CRM Management:
Update and maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
Market Feedback:
Provide feedback from customer interactions to help improve product offerings and marketing strategies.
Collaboration:
Work with peers and managers to improve overall team performance and participate in regular training sessions.
Who Can Apply:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Tele-sales, Tele-calling, or inside sales (preferably in insurance or financial services)
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)
Strong communication, persuasion, and listening skills
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore or Hyderabad
Comfortable working in a full-time office role
