Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers to promote insurance products

• Generate leads and convert them into sales

• Handle customer queries professionally

• Maintain daily call logs and follow-up details

• Meet sales targets assigned by the team leader

Who Can Apply:

• Must have completed 12th / HSC or higher education

• Minimum 1 year of telesales or call center experience

• Good communication skills in English and the regional language

• Confident, goal-oriented, and hardworking

• Basic knowledge of insurance sales is a plus

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month

• CTC: Up to ₹35,000 (based on experience + incentives)

• Incentives: Yes, based on sales performance

• Shift: General (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM)

• Work From Home: No
