Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company products/services.

Explain product details clearly and convincingly to generate leads or sales.

Follow up on leads and maintain a strong customer relationship.

Maintain database and call records in CRM.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Comfortable with target-based calling.

Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or telemarketing preferred.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM).
