– 8:45 AM – 5:45 PM

– 11:15 AM – 8:15 PM

🎯 Role Overview:

The Health Response Advisor (Pre-Sales) will handle inbound and outbound telecalling, provide pre-sales counseling for healthcare services, manage customer queries, update CRM records, and schedule appointments while ensuring lead conversion.
