Job Summary:

We are hiring Telesales Executives for our Life Insurance vertical in Mumbai. As

part of the sales team, you will be responsible for calling potential customers, understanding their insurance needs, and offering them suitable life insurance

solutions over the phone. Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the company database. Explain features, benefits, and premiums of various life insurance products. Understand and assess customer needs to recommend suitable plans. Build strong rapport with customers to improve conversion rates. Handle objections and resolve customer queries effectively. Update customer interactions and sales activities in CRM. Candidate Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred). Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.

Basic knowledge of life insurance products is a plus. Prior telesales or call center experience is a bonus
