Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers using assigned lead databases or cold lead lists.
Introduce the company's products or services and explain their benefits.
Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Generate qualified leads, appointments, or direct sales as per business requirements.
Handle customer objections professionally and persuade prospects to consider the offering.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-up activities in the CRM or sales system.
Follow up with interested prospects to close sales opportunities.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable telemarketing regulations.
Collaborate with the sales team to improve conversion rates and customer experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or bachelor's degree (preferred).
0–3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service.
Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.
Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
Fluency in English and local language(s) is preferred.

Number of outbound calls made per day.
