We are looking for a Telesales to join our team at Finbud Financial Services Limited. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹15,000 - ₹35,000.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and promote personal loan products.
Generate and convert leads into successful loan applications.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
Follow up with leads and ensure maximum conversions.
Explain loan eligibility, features, documentation, and terms to customers.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer details in the CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
Maintain high sales productivity and meet assigned performance KPIs.
Ensure excellent customer service while achieving business targets.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 6 months - 2 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
