Telesales Telecaller

US B2B COLD CALLER / TELECALLER – NIGHT SHIFT

ApexSmartAI is hiring experienced English-speaking B2B Cold Callers / Telecallers in Delhi to contact business owners in the United States.

LOCATION

Delhi – Connaught Place area.

The position will initially be Work From Home while we are in the advanced stages of searching for a new office in Delhi. Once the new office location is finalized and ready, the team will transition to office-based work.

Candidates must be based in Delhi or be able to work from our Delhi office once the new office is ready.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Make outbound cold calls to U.S. businesses.

• Speak directly with business owners and decision-makers.

• Introduce ApexSmartAI and our 24/7 AI Receptionist service.

• Identify potential customers and generate qualified sales opportunities.

• Follow the approved sales process and script.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, prospects and outcomes.

• Work toward converting qualified prospects into paying customers.

REQUIREMENTS

• Good spoken English is essential.

• Strong communication and convincing skills.

• Experience in outbound calling, telesales, B2B sales or international calling preferred.

• Comfortable speaking with U.S. business owners and decision-makers.

• Confident making a high volume of outbound calls.

• Reliable internet connection and a suitable environment for calls while working from home.

• Must be comfortable working U.S. business hours / India night shift.

• Self-motivated, disciplined and results-oriented.

COMPENSATION

• Fixed monthly salary based on experience.

• 10% commission on qualifying sales.

• Strong performers can earn significantly more through commissions.

WORK SCHEDULE

• Full-time.

• 5 working days per week.

• Night shift aligned with U.S. business hours.
