Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Make daily outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services

• Lead Generation: Identify prospects, qualify leads, and schedule follow-ups for the sales team

• Sales Conversion: Persuade customers to make purchases, upgrade services, or renew subscriptions

• Customer Engagement: Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

• CRM Management: Accurately record call details, customer interactions, and sales outcomes in CRM systems

• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills

• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated

• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools

• Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or call center roles is a plus

• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred
