• Make outbound calls to customers from reference data or campaigns to pitch used car loans and related offers.
• Explain used car loan features such as LTV, tenure, interest range, basic eligibility and processing steps, and handle first level queries.
• Understand customer requirement (car model, price, down payment, income, work profile) and do basic eligibility assessment before sharing lead with sales/field/processing team.
• Record every call outcome, customer details and follow up remarks in CRM or Excel and maintain updated lead trackers daily.
• Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp to collect KYC, income and vehicle related documents as guided by the team.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling, lead generation and login conversion targets set by the company.
• Follow calling scripts and maintain politeness, compliance and code of conduct on every interaction.
