Job Summary :
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Telesales Executive to promote and sell insurance products over the phone. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining insurance policies, and closing sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote insurance products.
Explain policy features, benefits, and coverage details clearly to customers.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
Follow up with interested prospects and convert leads into sales.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales in CRM systems.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain a professional and positive approach during calls.
Requirements
Any Graduate / Undergraduate (preferred but not mandatory).
0–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or insurance sales.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of insurance products is an added advantage.
Ability to work with sales targets and pressure.
Basic computer knowledge.
