We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to promote and sell Health Insurance products over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
Make outbound calls / handle inbound leads to sell health insurance policies
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate health insurance plans
Explain product features, benefits, coverage, premiums, and exclusions clearly
Generate and follow up on leads provided by the company
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in CRM systems
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Address customer queries and objections effectively
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and documentation
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or regional language(s)
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of health insurance products (training will be provided)
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Good listening and problem-solving skills
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Office)
Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or insurance sales is an advantage
Experience in selling health insurance or financial products is preferred
