Job Description:

The selected candidate will be responsible for engaging potential customers over the phone to promote personal loan products, generate interest, and guide users through the application process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call potential leads to pitch personal loan offerings

• Clearly explain loan benefits, interest rates, and eligibility criteria

• Encourage users to check their interest rates and guide them through the next steps

• Handle objections and resolve basic queries professionally

• Maintain call logs and update CRM tools daily

• Follow up with leads and assist in loan documentation when required

Eligibility Criteria:

• Good verbal communication skills (Hindi and basic English)

• Basic knowledge of mobile apps and websites

• Ability to explain financial products in a simple and clear manner

• Comfortable working with call targets

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
