About the Role:

We are hiring energetic and confident female Telesales Specialist to join our growing sales team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, engaging with potential customers, and promoting our products/services to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.

• Explain product/service features and benefits to generate interest.

• Answer questions about products or the company.

• Persuade customers to make a purchase or schedule an appointment.

• Maintain accurate call records and customer details in CRM systems.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships.
  

Candidate Requirements:

• Gender: Female (as per role requirement)

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.

• Good verbal communication skills.

• Confidence, patience, and a polite telephone manner.

• Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.

• Languages: [English / Hindi as required].

• Prior tele sales or customer service experience is a plus (not mandatory).
