We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Insurance Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, explaining insurance products, and closing sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective customers through calls, referrals, and other lead sources.
Explain insurance products, benefits, and policy features to customers.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
Generate new business and achieve monthly sales targets.
Follow up with interested customers until policy conversion.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
Assist customers with documentation and policy issuance.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Resolve customer queries and provide after-sales support.
Stay updated with company products, market trends, and insurance regulations.
Requirements
0–3 years of experience in insurance sales, telesales, or field sales.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to achieve sales targets.
Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
