Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Life Insurance Sales Executives to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their insurance requirements, explaining suitable life insurance products, generating business, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers through provided leads, calls, and other approved channels.

• Understand customers' financial protection and insurance requirements.

• Explain life insurance plans, benefits, premium details, policy terms, and features clearly.

• Generate new business and achieve assigned monthly NOP (Number of Policies) and premium/sales targets.

• Follow up regularly with interested and existing customers.

• Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the company's CRM/system.

• Convert fresh and interested leads into successful policy sales.

• Assist customers with proposal forms and required documentation.

• Maintain professional relationships with customers for renewals and future business.

• Ensure accurate information is provided to customers and avoid misrepresentation of policy benefits.

• Follow company sales processes and applicable insurance regulatory requirements. IRDAI's conduct requirements emphasize explaining products appropriately, considering customer needs, and not inducing customers to provide incorrect or incomplete information.

• Achieve daily calling, follow-up, conversion, and sales activity targets.

• Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the reporting manager.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Comfortable making sales calls and handling customer objections.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is preferred.

• Freshers with good communication skills can apply.

• Candidates with experience in Life Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, Telecalling, BPO, or Direct Sales will be preferred.
