Telesales Sales Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Executive – Digital Marketing Services to join our team at Best Digi Solution. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential clients, understanding their business requirements, and converting prospects into clients for our digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through calls, WhatsApp, online leads, and other channels.

• Contact potential clients and understand their marketing and business requirements.

• Explain and sell services such as SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Website Development, GMB Management, Social Media Marketing, and Graphic Designing.

• Follow up regularly with interested prospects and convert leads into paying clients.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, discussions, and conversions.

• Build and maintain good relationships with clients.

• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass.

• Experience: 6 Months – 3 Years in Sales, Telecalling, Business Development, or a related field.

• Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

• Basic understanding of digital marketing services is preferred.

• Strong follow-up and client-handling skills.

• Target-oriented with the ability to achieve sales goals.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales may also be considered.

• Comfortable working from office in Dwarka, Delhi.
