• LEAD CALL/INCOMING CALL

• PROSPECT OR REJECTED

• REQUIREMENT IS MATCHED WITH EXISTING  PROPERTIES (If no then the requirement will go to)

• FRM/ORM/FE

• PROPERTY IMAGES SHOULD BE SHARED WITH  TENANT

• FEEDBACK IS COLLECTED TO (VISIT OR REJECTED IN PICS)

• SCHEDULES VISIT FOR TENANT 

• TENANT VISITS THE PROPERTY ALONG WITH  FE/FRE/FRM

• FEEDBACK OF THE PROPERTY (yes, no, changes) • NEGOTIATION
