Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers to promote security products and services (CCTV, alarms, access control, AMC packages, etc.).

• Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, inquiries, or referrals.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate security solutions.

• Explain product features, pricing, installation options, and service packages clearly.

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer questions effectively.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.

• Record call details, inquiries, leads, and sales transactions in CRM/software.

• Coordinate with the technical and field sales team for site visits or installations.

• Handle objections professionally and convert potential leads into confirmed sales.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product additions.
