Key Responsibilities

Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers to promote security products and services (CCTV, alarms, access control, AMC packages, etc.).

Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, inquiries, or referrals.

Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate security solutions.

Explain product features, pricing, installation options, and service packages clearly.

Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer questions effectively.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.

Record call details, inquiries, leads, and sales transactions in CRM/software.

Coordinate with the field sales team for site visits or installations.

Handle objections professionally and convert potential leads into confirmed sales.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product additions.
