Key Responsibilities and Duties
Outbound & Inbound Calling: Initiating cold calls to potential clients and handling inbound calls to address inquiries or complaints.
Sales & Lead Generation: Explaining product features, benefits, and pricing to persuade customers to make purchases or schedule appointments.
Customer Support: Resolving customer issues, handling complaints, and answering questions in a professional manner.
Data Management: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, conversations, and contact details in a CRM system.
Goal Tracking: Achieving daily or monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
