Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential leads to generate interest in Gubbacci's products and services

• Convert inquiries into sales by explaining product offerings and handling objections

• Follow up with leads and existing customers to upsell or cross-sell products

• Maintain detailed records of all interactions, follow-ups, and sales in ZOHO CRM

• Coordinate with the field sales and merchandising team for smooth handovers and closures

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, and conversions

• Handle basic customer queries and redirect complex queries to the appropriate teams

• Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service on calls

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in TeleSales or Inside Sales roles

• Prior experience with CRM software (Preferably ZOHO CRM) is mandatory

• Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to handle high call volumes and follow structured calling scripts

• Self-motivated and target-driven

• Basic computer literacy (email, Google Sheets, WhatsApp for Business, etc.)

Compensation:

• ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month

• Final salary will be based on education background and relevant work experience

• Incentives based on performance may be provided additionally

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
