We are looking for a confident and motivated Female Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The role involves making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, explaining product and service features clearly, generating sales leads, and converting them into confirmed orders. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining regular follow-ups with interested customers, achieving daily and monthly sales targets, and handling customer queries and objections professionally. She should ensure a positive representation of the company during all customer interactions and maintain proper records of calls and sales reports in Excel.
The ideal candidate should be a female aged between 20–35 years, with a minimum qualification of 12th pass or graduation in any stream. Prior experience in telesales or telecalling will be an advantage, though freshers with good communication skills are also welcome. Strong communication skills in Hindi and English are essential, and knowledge of an additional regional language will be considered a plus. The candidate should be confident, persuasive, target-oriented, and have basic computer knowledge, especially MS Office and Excel.
We offer a fixed salary along with attractive incentives based on performance, training and development support, and opportunities for career growth within the sales and marketing team. The working hours will be from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday.
