Role Overview

We are seeking a confident and well-spoken Telesales Executive cum Receptionist with excellent English communication skills who can efficiently manage front-desk responsibilities along with tele-calling and patient coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Telesales Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to explain treatments, services, and offers.

• Convert inquiries into appointments and patient visits.

• Follow up with leads and maintain patient database.

• Coordinate with the medical team for appointment scheduling.

• Maintain call records and daily follow-up reports.

Receptionist Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients and visitors professionally.

• Manage front desk operations and patient registrations.

• Handle appointment scheduling and billing coordination.

• Maintain records, files, and patient documentation.

• Ensure smooth communication between patients and hospital staff.

Required Skills

• Excellent spoken and written English communication.

• Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).

• Ability to multitask and manage calls and front desk simultaneously.

• Polite, patient-focused, and well-organized approach.

Eligibility Criteria

• Female candidates preferred.

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in telesales/reception/front desk role.

• Experience in healthcare, hospital, clinic, or wellness industry is an added advantage.

• Graduate in any discipline.
