Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing B2B customers.
Effectively pitch products/services and convert leads into clients.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term
retention.
Follow up on leads through internal databases.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
Meet or exceed targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience in telesales, preferably in a B2B environment.
Proven track record in customer handling and retention.
Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.
Must have a personal laptop to perform daily work efficiently.
