Job Summary:

We are hiring enthusiastic and target-driven Telesales Executives for the Acko Motor Insurance Sales Process based in Bangalore. Your primary responsibility will be to contact potential customers, explain motor insurance plans, and convert leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to leads and explain Acko motor insurance products.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable policies.

Follow up with leads and close sales.

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Maintain accurate call and customer records in the system.

Handle basic queries professionally.

Adhere to quality and compliance guidelines.

Requirements:

Sales experience is mandatory – telesales/insurance/banking preferred.

Strong verbal communication and convincing skills.

Must be fluent in English and Hindi + Any Regional Language.

Should be comfortable working in a target-based environment.

Basic computer knowledge and CRM usage is an advantage.

Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection.
