Recruit and onboard new agents for insurance/financial products.

Coordinate with agents on a daily basis to generate business.

Explain product details, business model, and benefits to agents.

Provide support and guidance to agents for closing sales.

Maintain healthy relationships with agents to ensure consistent business flow.

Take regular follow-ups to achieve monthly sales targets.

Prepare and maintain sales reports for management review.
