Telesales

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Freelance Sales Telecaller to support our sales efforts. The primary objective is to reach out to potential and existing customers, promote our offerings, and achieve specific sales or lead generation targets on a contractual basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients introduce and promote products/services.

• Generate leads and follow up with potential customers to convert interest into sales or scheduled appointments for the core sales team.

• Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing, and tailor sales pitches based on customer feedback and needs.

• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls, customer interactions, and sales activities in a CRM system or provided spreadsheet (e.g., MS-Excel).

• Meet or exceed agreed-upon daily, weekly, or monthly call and conversion targets.

• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques to provide informed recommendations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or in a similar sales role.

• Freshers are Welcomed to apply.

• Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident, persuasive attitude.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and targets.

• Resilience and the ability to handle rejection and objections professionally.

• Proficiency in using email & spreadsheets and basic computer applications (email, spreadsheets).

• A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required; a degree in sales or marketing is a plus.

Compensation:

• Compensation will be on commission basis & freelance , as agreed upon in the contract.

• Potential for performance-based incentives or bonuses.
