International Telesales Executive

Job Summary

Role & responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to promote the company's services.

• Build rapport and maintain engaging conversations to understand customer needs.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Update and manage customer information in CRM systems.

• Handle objections and convert leads through persuasive communication and sales strategies.

• Collaborate with the team to improve processes and meet organisational goals.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

• Prior telesales, BPO, or customer service experience preferred.

• Freshers with strong English proficiency and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
