V Care Financial Services is seeking an experienced, customer-oriented Telesales Executive to drive sales through strategic inbound and outbound telephone communication. You will be a critical interface between our company and potential/existing clients, responsible for achieving sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Customer Interaction
∙ Conduct targeted outbound telephone calls to potential and existing customers ∙ Persuade customers to purchase company products and services ∙ Cross-sell and up-sell products strategically
∙ Process and accurately record customer purchase orders
∙ Generate promising leads for the outside sales team
∙ Manage customer accounts to ensure ongoing satisfaction
∙ Develop and sustain solid customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
∙ Generate leads to develop business from different sources
∙ Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationship with clients ∙ Book appointment for field sales team with emphasis on high-quality leads. Communication and Performance
∙ Follow company-provided sales scripts
∙ Respond effectively to customer inquiries and potential rejections ∙Develop in-depth knowledge of company products and services ∙ Make suitable product recommendations based on customer needs
∙ Continually meet or exceed daily and monthly call volume and sales targets ∙ Liaise with appropriate departments to resolve customer complaints ∙ Maintain accurate records of all calls made and received
Technical Skills
∙ Minimum 1-year experience in telesales/business development ∙ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
∙ Fluent in English and Hindi.
∙ Knowledge of South Indian languages (Tamil/Telugu/Kannada) is an advantage.
