What you’ll do
Make quality outbound calls to prospects from curated databases/lead lists; pitch clearly, handle objections, and book meetings for senior team members.
Nurture with follow‑ups via email/SMS; maintain accurate logs and weekly reports in Excel/CRM.
Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine scripts, ICPs, and targeting for higher appointment rates.
Own SLA‑based follow‑ups and calendar scheduling to minimise no‑shows.
What you’ll need
Graduate; 6–24 months in telecalling/lead gen/customer support preferred.
Excellent English & Hindi; confident objection handling and call‑to‑meeting conversion.
Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and email; CRM familiarity is a plus.
Own laptop and mobile (company SIM provided); able to work from office (Noida) 6 days/week. Including work setup and onsite expectations up front reduces screening friction.
