Job Description We’re looking for an energetic and persuasive Telesales Executive to drive remote adoption of Smart Calculators. You’ll be at the frontlines of our inside sales efforts, engaging retailers over phone calls, explaining our product, and converting interest into sales — all from the comfort of your desk.
Key Responsibilities
● Make outbound calls to stationery stores, electronics dealers, and retail shops to pitch our smart calculator.
● Clearly communicate product features, pricing, and benefits to potential buyers.
● Identify qualified leads and guide them through the sales funnel.
● Follow up on inbound inquiries and convert them into successful orders.
● Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales using CRM tools.
● Work closely with the logistics team to coordinate deliveries and order fulfillment.
● Gather market feedback on pricing, competitor offerings, and buyer preferences.
● Meet weekly and monthly sales targets and report performance metrics regularly. Requirements
● Minimum 12th pass; diploma or graduate preferred.
● 1–2 years of telesales or customer service experience (B2B or retail sales preferred). ● Fluent in the local language and basic English.
● Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
● Confident phone presence with the ability to handle rejections and objections.
● Comfortable using CRM software and productivity tools (Excel, WhatsApp, Google Sheets).
● Passionate about tech-enabled products and retail innovation.
