Job Summary:

We are looking for dynamic and motivated Tele Sales Executives to join our growing team. The role involves calling potential customers to promote and sell Personal Loans, Business Loans, and Overdraft products, understanding their financial needs, and providing the right loan solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote loan products (Personal, Business, and OD).

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable financial solutions.

• Explain product features, eligibility, documentation, and benefits clearly to clients.

• Generate leads and follow up to convert them into successful disbursements.

• Maintain daily call records and update lead information in the CRM.

• Coordinate with the sales and credit teams for faster processing.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

• Ensure excellent customer experience and maintain professionalism in all interactions.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and convincing skills (Hindi & basic English).

• Confident, energetic, and sales-driven attitude.

• Ability to handle customer queries effectively.

• Basic knowledge of loan products and banking terms (preferred).

• Computer proficiency (MS Excel, CRM entry).

Qualifications:

• Minimum: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).

• Experience: 6 months to 2 years in telecalling, telesales, or financial products preferred.

• Good communication skills .

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience).
