Job Description

Contact potential and existing customers via telephone to sell motor insurance products.
Generate new business through outbound calling and lead follow-up.
Explain policy features, coverage options, premiums, exclusions, and benefits clearly to customers.
Provide accurate insurance quotations based on customer requirements.
Assist customers with policy renewals, upgrades, and cross-selling opportunities.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to maximize conversions.
Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
Update customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
Coordinate with underwriting and operations teams for policy issuance.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies.
