We are hiring enthusiastic and goal-oriented Program Guides to join our growing EdTech team.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective students and parents to explain our courses and programs.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, inquiries, and referrals.
Address queries related to courses, fees, career opportunities, and admissions.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling educational programs.
Work closely with marketing and admissions teams to drive enrollments.
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales aptitude with persuasive and consultative counseling abilities
HSC / Graduate candidates can apply
Experience in telesales, counseling, customer service, or EdTech will be preferred
Knowledge of any South Indian regional language will be an added advantage
Work Schedule
6 Days Working
1 Weekly Off (Tuesday to Thursday)
Weekend availability required (Saturday & Sunday working)
