Pipeline Management: Maintain a detailed record of all interactions, follow-ups, and lead statuses in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Handling Objections: Address student or parent doubts regarding course fees, curriculum relevance, job assistance, and time commitments.

Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily call time quotas and weekly/monthly sales conversion targets.
