✅ Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
✅ Minimum 6 months of on-paper experience in Field Sales/Client-facing Sales is mandatory.
✅ Candidates with experience in Sales, EdTech, Credit Cards, Insurance, or Real Estate are eligible for this Telesales role.
✅ Strong communication, sales, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
✅ Confident personality with the ability to close deals independently.
Job Responsibilities:
• Call prospective customers and explain Star Health insurance policies.
• Handle customer queries and guide them through policy selection.
• Close sales and coordinate payment collection.
• Build long-term customer relationships for renewals and cross-selling.
• Achieve individual sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service.
