Job Description: Telesales Executive (Bengali Voice Process)

Role Summary
We are seeking a high-energy Telesales Executive for our Bengali Voice Process This role is strictly focused on Sales Conversion. You will be responsible for reaching out to users who have successfully completed a 6-month free trial of our product and persuading them to transition into a paid subscription model.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Conversion & Sales: Proactively contact existing users as their 6-month trial concludes to secure paid renewals.
Consultative Selling: Assess customer satisfaction during the trial period and leverage positive experiences to close the sale.
High-Volume Outreach: Manage a consistent flow of outbound calls to hit aggressive daily and monthly conversion targets.
Objection Handling: Build quick rapport in Bengali to address concerns, explain value propositions, and overcome hesitations.
Communication: Conduct all primary sales discussions and customer interactions fluently in Bengali
Qualifications
Experience: MANDATORY minimum of 6 months in dedicated Telesales or Direct Sales. (Experience in high-volume outbound environments is a major plus).
Education: Minimum 12th-grade education (HSC or equivalent).
Language Proficiency:
Bengali:Native or professional fluency (speaking and understanding) is required.
English: Basic ability to read/write for internal reporting and CRM coordination.
Skills:Strong persuasion skills, persistence, and a result-oriented mindset.
Availability: Immediate joiners are preferred.
