Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Admission Counsellor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students, handling inquiries, and converting leads into admissions through effective counselling and sales techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and generate leads
Counsel students regarding educational courses and programs
Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses
Deliver compelling product explanations, pitching, and negotiations
Manage end-to-end admission process and follow-ups
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
Maintain records of interactions and update data in systems (MS Excel)
Achieve weekly/monthly sales and admission targets
Required Skills:
Strong Business Development & Sales skills
Excellent communication skills (English – Spoken & Written)
Good negotiation and persuasion ability
Customer handling and relationship management
Basic knowledge of MS Excel
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 6Months- 4 year of experience in sales/admissions/telecalling
Freshers with outstanding communication skills can also apply
Must be based in Mumbai (local candidates only)
Graduates or dropouts are eligible
Candidates currently pursuing education are not eligible
