Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Support/BPO.
Good communication skills in English.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary:

Medical Background: ₹40,000 In-hand per month
Non-Medical Background: ₹35,000 In-hand per month

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries professionally.
Provide timely and accurate support.
Maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction.
Update customer information and interactions in the system.

Required Skills:

Good verbal and written communication.
Customer handling and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
