Associate Manager – Voice Channel

Location: Chennai

Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and promote financial products and services.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions based on their needs and eligibility.

• Explain product features, benefits, and value propositions effectively.

• Handle customer queries and provide relevant information.

• Follow up with prospects through calls and emails to drive conversions.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Contribute to sales initiatives and process improvements.

• Strong English communication skills.

• Experience in telesales, telecalling, inside sales, voice process, or customer acquisition is preferred.
