Position: Telesales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executives to promote and sell the company’s products over the phone. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and persuasion skills, be customer-focused, and have the ability to achieve sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

· Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products and services.

· Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and promotional offers effectively.

· Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.

· Generate sales leads, close sales, and achieve assigned revenue targets.

· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

· Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally.

· Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to maximize business opportunities.

· Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion of prospects into customers.

· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports as required.
