Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Telesales Executive with prior experience in selling or explaining professional services such as GST Registration, ITR Filing, Company Registration and other business compliance services.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and convert them into customers through outbound calls.
Explain GST Registration, ITR Filing, Private Limited Company, LLP, OPC and other business registration services.
Follow up with prospective customers and close sales.
Coordinate with the registration and compliance team for document collection and service processing.
Maintain customer databases, sales reports and follow-up records.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain good customer relationships.
Required Skills & Experience
Prior experience in telesales for GST, ITR, accounting, taxation, company registration or compliance services is preferred.
Knowledge of GST registration, ITR filing and business registration processes.
Good communication, convincing and negotiation skills.
Ability to generate leads, follow up and convert enquiries into sales.
