Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Generate sales through effective telephonic communication.
Explain product features, offers, pricing, and benefits to customers.
Follow up with customers and convert leads into successful sales.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.
Experience:
1–8 years in telesales, telecalling, inside sales, or a similar role.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Customer-oriented approach with strong follow-up skills.
Ability to work with sales targets.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM software will be an advantage.
Candidates with experience in Pharma, Healthcare, Pharmacy, FMCG, or Retail will be preferred.
